Anuraag Saxena is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the E-Gaming Federation. He leads the management and policy advocacy initiatives at EGF and works closely with EGF’s member stakeholders to build a safe, responsible, fair, and transparent environment for the online skill gaming industry. Anuraag is a Nominated Member of the National Tourism Advisory Council, a Board member at the Centre for Insolvency and Financial Laws, and has advised corporates and NGOs on their outreach, advocacy, and public affairs.

Devhuti Bakshi

Director- Public Policy, E-Gaming Federation

Devhuti Bakshi is Director- Public Policy at the E-Gaming Federation and hails from a rich consulting experience in regulatory reforms, policy planning and advisory, private sector investments, investment facilitation, regulatory simplification, etc. During her professional journey, she has represented the Government of India in high-powered delegations overseas. In the past she has worked with Ernst & Young’s Strategy & Transformation Practice, focusing on the Government Sector.

Niharika Sneha

AVP - Communications, E-Gaming Federation

Niharika is AVP – Communications at E-Gaming Federation. She is a public relations professional with almost 10 years of experience in managing operations involving strategic media planning and team building. Niharika specializes in the curation and execution of corporate reputation campaigns, focused message delivery, and cultivating media relations. Prior to this Niharika worked with Genesis BCW and her notable work has been driving a #LearningUnlocked journey for Pearson India during COVID-19 crisis.

Seema Koyande

Seema is a Manager- Accounts & Compliance at the E-Gaming Federation and looks after accounts, compliance, and administration. A diligent administrative office professional with 7 years of experience in management, Seema excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks simultaneously, and following through to achieve assigned goals.

Head of Membership Services

Aditya Gupta is the Head of Membership Services at the E-Gaming Federation. He is a public policy specialist and lawyer with diverse expertise gained by working for many organizations. Some of his experiences include working with the Government of India, Simplilearn, and IAMAI.

Ayushi Karn is the Head of Strategic Outreach at the E-Gaming Federation. She is experienced in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and shaping impactful governance strategies. With a strong background in technology policy, risk assessment, and compliance management, Ayushi excels in crafting comprehensive policies, conducting gap assessments, and analyzing data to strengthen regulatory frameworks. In her previous role, she led initiatives such as developing information security policies and authoring policy papers on technology regulations.

Ankur Gupta

Ankur is a Consultant with the E-Gaming Federation. He is qualified lawyer with almost two decades of experience in Singapore's public and private sectors. Ankur has worked on legislative change while donning different hats, including a public servant, lecturer, and attorney for law firms. He writes, speaks, and engages in conversation about the law and its relationships to business, politics, education, and training. He also has an abiding interest in forming thought leadership in areas related to his professional activity.

Lavanya

Lavanya is working as a Consultant with the E-Gaming Federation. She is the founder and CEO of Kaio – a public policy and strategic communications firm. Before founding Kaio Lavanya was part of the early team set up, both, for Uber and Netflix’s businesses in India and South Asia. She is a lawyer and public affairs professional passionate about the correlation between public policy, technology, and social impact.

Niranjan Ramesh

Niranjan Ramesh is the Manager of the Federation Secretariat at the E-Gaming Federation. He's been working in the gaming industry for 3 years. With a passion for the online gaming industry, Niranjan is here to apply his skills and energy to advance the sector and the community. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Digital Marketing Certification.

Atulya is a Consultant with the E-Gaming Federation. He started his career as a business and legal affairs professional at a leading film production house. He is a media lawyer keen on tapping into the potential of a creative take at policy campaigns to drive social impact. He is currently working as the Policy Campaigns and Advocacy Lead at Kaio, a public policy and strategic communications firm.
